1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, submitting forms, or engaging Crestview Financial Solutions (“Crestview,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or our services.
2. Scope of Services
Crestview Financial Solutions provides tax preparation and related financial services to U.S.-based clients. While Crestview operates with tax professionals in multiple states, all services are centralized, managed, and governed from the State of Mississippi.
Submission of information through this website does not create a client–preparer relationship until services are formally accepted and required agreements, consents, and disclosures are completed.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge and belief. Crestview relies on information provided by you and is not responsible for errors, penalties, or consequences resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or omitted information supplied by the client.
You understand that:
• Income must be reported whether or not you receive a tax form (such as a 1099)
• You are responsible for maintaining records to support items reported on your tax return
• Crestview may ask follow-up questions to meet IRS due diligence requirements
4. No Guarantee of Refund or Outcome
Crestview does not guarantee any specific refund amount, tax outcome, approval, or processing timeline. Tax results depend on information provided by the client and determinations made by the IRS and applicable state agencies.
5. Third-Party Products and Services
Crestview may offer or facilitate access to third-party financial products, including refund advances, bank products, payment processors, and tax software platforms. Crestview is not responsible for the terms, decisions, delays, or actions of third-party providers.
6. Payments and Fees
Payments for services may be accepted via cash, Stripe, or other approved methods. Fees are due as disclosed and agreed upon, regardless of refund outcome. Non-filing fees may apply if services are initiated but not completed due to client action or inaction.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crestview shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services provided.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
